Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Air cargo to Pakistan and Azad Kashmir typically takes 7–10 days door to door. Sea cargo takes 8–12 weeks depending on sailing schedules and customs at the destination port. We give you a realistic window when you book, not a best case.
Is my cargo safe?
Your cargo is handled securely at every stage and tracked from collection to delivery. Ask us about cover options for high-value items when you book — cash, jewellery and documents of value cannot be covered.
Who handles customs clearance?
We do. You complete a short contents declaration when you book and we handle the export and clearance paperwork. If a destination duty applies, we tell you the amount before your cargo ships.
What can't I send?
Aerosols, flammable liquids, loose lithium batteries, perishable food, plants, weapons, cash and jewellery. If you're unsure about an item, send us a photo and we'll confirm.
How do I pay?
We confirm the price once your boxes are weighed, so you only ever pay for actual weight — subject to the 20 kg minimum on both services.
Where do you deliver?
Across Pakistan and Azad Kashmir, direct to the recipient's address. Give us the full address and a working local phone number and we will get it to them.
